How do I become a wholesale client?
Please note: you must be a qualifying retail business owner/buyer to open a wholesale account.

Please fill in our on line Wholesale Account Creation Form and email it to us.  We will contact you to open your account and to give you your confidential user name and log in code.

Is there a Minimum Order?
There is no minimum for opening or repeat orders.  However we ask that you please adhere to product minimums as shown by item.

Can I place an order from the Galerie Indra website?
Just print out our Galerie Indra Order Form from our website.  Fill it in and fax it to us at 514-938-8801.  Or if you prefer, you can call us at 1-800-207-7416 and gives us your order over the phone.

What about payment terms?
First 4 orders are by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or COD (certified cheque/cash/prepaid). Qualifying buyers may subsequently pay by postdated 30 day cheque on approved credit basis.

How do you ship?
We ship all Canadian shipments via Canpar unless specified otherwise at the point of order. If you have your own account with another preferred shipper, kindly provide us with the information when you place your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We generally ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. During trade show season, further delays can be experienced. Transit times vary according to region from approx. 1-4 days. Please specify if your order is required RUSH and we will do our best to get it out quickly.

What if I didn’t receive everything I ordered?
Galerie Indra ships all backorders freight free.  That way our customers receive everything they order without paying for freight more than once. Because we carry a vast range of individual products, occasionally we are temporarily out of stock on certain items before the next shipment arrives.

What if I receive merchandise which is defective?
Just call us at 1-800-207-7416 within 48 hours of delivery receipt and we will arrange for a no charge replacement freight free.

Can I visit the Galerie Indra warehouse and browse ?
Customers are always welcome to visit our warehouse. There is always something new to see as shipments arrive regularly. In addition to our regular wholesale categories, you can have a look at our collection of  “one of a kind” artifacts, folk art and textiles.  Our hours of operation are Mon. to Fri.  9am to 5 pm.  If you can, please call us for an appointment prior to your visit.
